From payment partners:
- Transaction confirmation metadata from NOWPayments (invoice ID, transaction hash, payment status, crypto currency and amount)
- We do not receive or store your private wallet keys, seed phrases, or any information that would allow us to access your wallet

- Fulfilling orders and providing customer service
- Maintaining an audit trail of age and Research-Use attestations
- Communicating about orders and shipping
- Sending marketing email — only to contacts who have opted in
- Enforcing Terms, investigating suspected misuse, and complying with legal obligations

4. Who We Share Information With
- Payment partner (NOWPayments): order metadata required to process crypto payments
- Shipping carriers: name, shipping address, and package details
- Email and CRM (GoHighLevel): contact records, tags, and transactional/marketing emails

Contact records and order history are retained for the life of the account plus three years, or longer where required by law (e.g., tax records). Age and Research-Use attestation records are retained for three years from the date of attestation.
