Shipping destinations
- United States only.
- We do not ship to: California, New York, Florida and Louisiana.
- We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders requiring signature on delivery.
Carriers and timing
- Carriers: USPS Priority, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground (selected at fulfillment based on weight, destination, and cold-chain needs).
- Processing: orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day typically ship the following business day. Cold-chain orders may require additional processing time.
- In-transit: 2–5 business days to most U.S. addresses.
Handling and cold chain
Lyophilized peptides ship in insulated mailers with cold packs where appropriate. Products should be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt per the storage instructions on each product page. FCPG is not responsible for handling after delivery.
Signature required
Orders over $500 are shipped with signature required on delivery. This is for your protection and ours.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they enter fulfillment by emailing clay@fcwellnessgroup.com with the order number. Once an order has been labeled and handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments
- Damaged: within 48 hours of delivery, email clay@fcwellnessgroup.com with order number and photographs of the outer packaging and any damaged items. We replace at no cost.
- Lost in transit: once carrier tracking indicates delivery has not occurred within 14 days of shipment, email us — we will open a carrier trace and reship if the package is confirmed lost.
- Incorrect item: email us within 7 days of delivery with order number and a photograph of the item received. We ship the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect item at no cost.
Returns policy
We do not accept returns of opened product. Unopened product in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the purchaser's expense; contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued in the USD-equivalent amount of the original transaction, delivered in the same cryptocurrency used to pay, calculated at the exchange rate on the date the refund is processed. Refunds on ACH-settled orders are returned by ACH to the originating account. Refunds typically post to the refund wallet within one business day of processing.
Institutional orders
Wire and ACH-settled institutional orders follow the terms quoted at the time of the institutional agreement. Contact your FCPG account contact for specifics.
