Research-Use Agreement

The agreement every purchaser accepts at checkout.

Preamble

This Research-Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("Purchaser") and First Choice Peptide Group ("FCPG"), a DBA of FC Wellness Group, a Texas entity. By completing a purchase on shop.fcwellnessgroup.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of Sale

All products sold by FCPG are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. No product is sold for human consumption, animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any clinical or veterinary application.

2. Purchaser Attestations

By completing a purchase, you affirm:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are a qualified researcher, research institution, or other party with a legitimate research purpose.
  • You will use the products purchased solely for in-vitro research.
  • You will not consume, inject, ingest, administer, or cause to be administered, any product purchased from FCPG, and you will not permit any human or animal subject under your control to do so.
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and disposal of the products.
  • You will not resell or redistribute products purchased from FCPG without entering into a separate written agreement with FCPG.

3. No Medical, Clinical, or Therapeutic Claims

FCPG makes no claims — expressed or implied — that any product supplied is safe or effective for use in human subjects. No product sold by FCPG has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any human application. FCPG does not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, dosing information, protocols, or administration instructions.

4. No Reliance

You agree that any decision to use, study, or handle the products is made entirely on your own judgment as a qualified researcher and not in reliance on any statement made by FCPG.

5. Purchaser Responsibility for Legality

You are solely responsible for determining whether your purchase, possession, and research use of the products is lawful in your jurisdiction. FCPG disclaims all liability for any use that violates applicable law.

6. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release FCPG, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to your purchase, possession, handling, or use of any product supplied by FCPG. FCPG's total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the price paid for that product.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FCPG against any third-party claim arising from your use of the products, including but not limited to any claim asserted by a human or animal subject to whom you administered or caused to be administered a product in violation of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law & Forum

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and FCPG with respect to the subject matter and supersedes any prior understandings.

Acceptance statement

I have read and agree to the Research-Use Agreement. I confirm I am at least 21 years old, I am a qualified researcher, and I will not use any product purchased for human consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use. I understand First Choice Peptide Group makes no medical or therapeutic claims regarding any product sold.
