1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shop.fcwellnessgroup.com ("Site") and any purchase of products from First Choice Peptide Group ("FCPG"). By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or institutional purchaser to use this Site or purchase products. You may not use this Site if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law. Resale of products purchased from FCPG is not permitted without a separate written agreement.
3. Products
All products sold on the Site are research compounds supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. Product descriptions, research summaries, and mechanism references are provided for informational purposes and are not medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice. 4. Pricing, Currency, and Payment
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars. Payment is accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), and USD Coin (USDC) via our payment partner, or by ACH bank transfer against an emailed invoice. ACH orders ship once funds clear. The crypto amount is calculated at the time of checkout and locked for the duration of the checkout window. If the window expires before payment confirms, the order is canceled and a new order must be placed at the then-current price.
Institutional orders may be settled by wire or ACH as described on the institutional ordering page; those orders are subject to the terms quoted by FCPG at the time of the institutional agreement.
5. Shipping
FCPG currently ships within the United States only, excluding certain states as disclosed at checkout. Shipping methods, timing, and handling are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss transfers to the Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because of the nature of the products, FCPG does not accept returns of opened product. Refunds and the handling of damaged shipments are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Refunds, where issued, are paid in the USD-equivalent amount of the original transaction, delivered in the original cryptocurrency, and calculated at the exchange rate on the date the refund is processed.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are supplied "as is." FCPG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. FCPG makes no warranty that any product is safe or effective for any human or clinical application.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCPG's total liability for any claim arising from or related to a product, the Site, or these Terms shall not exceed the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. FCPG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FCPG harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your use of any product in a manner inconsistent with the Research-Use Agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content — text, graphics, logos, photography, layouts, and data compilations — is the property of FCPG or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access the Site in a manner that bypasses the age gate or Research-Use Agreement; (b) use the Site to purchase products on behalf of a disqualified party; (c) reverse engineer any part of the Site; (d) introduce malware or otherwise interfere with Site operation.
12. Modification of the Terms
FCPG may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period.
13. Termination
FCPG may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at its discretion, including for suspected violation of these Terms or the Research-Use Agreement.
14. Governing Law and Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
